A beautiful green oasis with children’s zoo, botanical garden and inline skating ring, Incheon Grand Park is a perfect place for hiking, picnicking, biking and sledding during winter time.
Incheon Grand Park surrounded by the mountains is a vast green area located mid-way between Incheon Airport and Seoul. There is plenty of activities to do for everyone. Beside many different themes gardens (Rock, Rose, Sculpture, Wild Plant garden), you’ll find there also a forest area, a wetland, an arboretum and a wild flower field. The park is also a place for many seasonal events and festivals including cherry blossom festivals, sledding, rose festivals or outdoor concerts.
The kids will definitely love the Children’s zoo located close to the southern entrance gate to the park. And if you would like to bring your bicycle or rent one, the park is really big enough to ride around and explore different areas. Or you can just walk around the lake with amazing views at the mountains in the background.
Don’t forget to stop by the Future Environment Hall. It features an educative and interactive exhibition on eco themes.
